Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook located in Petah Tikva. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies, preparing food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces), cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, and ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion. The Line Cook will also be responsible for complying with health and sanitation standards, managing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and monitoring inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of health and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role is advantageous
