Talent Acquisition Team Lead

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Team Lead to manage a small team (2–3 Talent Acquisition Partners) and take ownership of both recruitment processes and contractor workforce management. This role includes setting recruitment priorities, guiding sourcing strategies, mentoring the team, and overseeing all tasks related to contractor placements and ongoing management. Hybrid position in Yokneam 3 times a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Talent Acquisition Partners
• Manage and prioritize full-cycle talent acquisition processes
• Oversee day-to-day tasks and team performance
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure strong talent pipelines
• Manage the ongoing engagement and coordination of outsourced employees
• Track KPIs and ensure hiring targets are achieved
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers, preferably in the defense/high-tech industries
• Utilize sourcing tools, platforms, and metrics to drive results

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on technical/multidisciplinary roles
• Previous experience mentoring or leading a team – an advantage
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools and KPI tracking
• Experience in outsourcing or contractor workforce management – a significant plus
• High-level English – written and spoken
• Suitable for someone eager to grow into a broader leadership and operational role
• Experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Hybrid position in Yokneam 3 times a week.
