Product Manager

A health-tech startup was founded with the mission of helping patients and healthcare providers overcome the financial challenges associated with medical treatments. The company has developed an intelligent platform that identifies patients in need of financial support and connects them with funding programs, insurance, and financial assistance—primarily in the U.S. healthcare market.

The company currently works with over 50 hospitals and 200 clinics across the U.S. and has already facilitated more than $500 million in patient funding. Leveraging real Big Data, the platform manages data on over 2 million patients, and the company recently raised $60 million in funding.

Headquartered in the Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv (next to a train line), the company employs 87 people and operates in a hybrid model: 3 days in-office and 2 remotes.

Role Overview-

• The position involves end-to-end product lifecycle management of a regulatory B2B SaaS platform, with a blend of inbound and outbound product responsibilities.
• The role is part of a collaborative team and reports to the VP of Product.
• An advantage will be given to candidates with experience working on regulatory products in the healthcare, pharma, medical fintech, or complex SaaS systems domains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management roles, with significant experience in the digital health or healthcare technology industry, managing B2B digital health products, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
