You will work closely with the ownership and the leadership team to drive growth, foster innovation, and further solidify our position within our market. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term goals.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to all departments, including production, engineering, sales, and administration.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Report directly to the company ownership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. An advanced degree (Master's or MBA) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within technologically advanced manufacturing industries or the broader high-tech sector.
• A strong track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, with a strong desire for success and a passion for developing and growing the company.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential.
