We looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems in a global company.

You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

Role Location: Petah-Tikva

What will you Do:

Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

• Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Help Desk Technician
• Knowledge and experience troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
