Tech Company Seeking Experienced Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Leader with at least 3 years of experience managing developer teams in a high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate project manager requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Build prototypes to define development approaches before coding begins.
Define tasks for developers, including execution plans at the code level.
Collaborate with developers to estimate timelines for tasks.
Monitor progress and ensure alignment with time estimates.
Review and approve Merge Requests.
Conduct thorough code reviews.

Requirements:

Broad technological knowledge with the ability to advise project managers effectively.
Capability to assess and select appropriate technical solutions and evaluate associated risks.
Ability to provide initial time estimates for new features and projects.
