What You’ll Do

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
• Lead the development of Neema’s products from concept to launch.
• Collaborate closely with various teams (R&D, design, compliance & risk, data, finance, marketing, operations, bizdev, sales, CS, and more) to understand the company's needs, and make it happen.
• Coordinate the successful roll-out of new products and features to production.
• Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions by leveraging data and evidence gathered from customer usage and interviews, market research, and usage/adoption metrics

We're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2C/ B2B products. Fintech is an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Hebrew and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
