Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Study Coordinator at Cardiology Department, at Shamir Medical Center located in Beer Yaakov.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start-up to close-out

• Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements

• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants

• Schedule and conduct study visits and procedures

• Collect, document, and maintain accurate study data and source documents

• Communicate with investigators, sponsors, and CROs

• Handle study supplies, investigational products, and sample shipments

• Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits and audits

• Maintain IRB/ethics submissions and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field – required

• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Proactive, independent, and responsible (“big-picture thinker”)

• Previous experience in clinical research – significant advantage
