A leading Construction Company company is seeking an HR and 0perations and Manager for a role that combines HR responsibilities, administrative office management, and operational oversight.
Job Description:
- Full responsibility for all HR and operations activities in the company
- Recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Overseeing employee welfare and engagement initiatives
- Managing office administrative staff
- Providing ongoing personal assistance to the company’s CEO
- Responsibility for all day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree – mandatory
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Operations – mandatory
- Experience in operations management an advantage
- Administrative or operational experience – significant advantage
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software
- Availability for a full-time position with flexibility for overtime
