Startup Company in the medical field developing the first-of-its-kind medical operating system for doctors and their patients. Designed by a team of physicians and technology experts, the system is a cloud-based integrated software that adapts project management tools and practices to existing clinical workflows, allowing care teams to plan, execute, and track efficiently.

The platform translates the physician’s forward-thinking, multi-step reasoning into structured patient pathways, generating personalized care maps for each patient based on doctor instructions.

The mission is to remove the operational burden from doctors and patients, enabling them to focus on what truly matters: practicing medicine.

Located in Tel Aviv (next to the light rail and with parking available), the company operates in a hybrid model with three work-from-home days per week. They currently have 20 employees, including 8 developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive feature development from initial requirements to final delivery
• Engage actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an agile framework
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, ensuring the solutions remain cutting-edge
• Uphold high standards in code quality, scalability, readability, and performance throughout development cycles
• stack: C#, MS-Orleans, React, TypeScript, AWS, SQL Server, Kafka, RabbitMQ

Qualifications-

• C# - minimum 3 years of building high-scale backend
• React – Profound knowledge in react and TypeScript
• Proven experience in complex high-scale event-based systems
• Proficiency in creating and supporting reusable and maintainable components
