A high-growth, innovative DefenseTech and Spatial Computing startup developing advanced AI-powered simulation and training intelligence platforms for defense and mission-critical organizations.

Operating with an intimate, R&D-dense engineering team, the company engineers a sophisticated hardware-software platform integrating VR environments, real-time telemetry, and biometric sensors.

The platform ingests and processes high-throughput sensor streams in real time, leveraging advanced AI analytics to quantify trainee performance and elevate mission readiness.

The organization combines complex multidisciplinary engineering challenges (Real-Time systems, IoT, simulation engines, and AI) with high individual ownership and architectural impact.

Located in the Central District immediately adjacent to primary transit hubs and train access, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior .NET / Software Engineer, taking extensive hands-on technical ownership over the architecture, core development, and production rollout of real-time simulation and analytics software.
• Architecting and developing desktop applications and system-level components in C# / .NET, utilizing WPF or WinForms for operational dashboards and real-time operator interfaces.
• Engineering core business logic and high-performance communication layers that interface directly with simulators, VR hardware headsets, and external biometric/IoT sensors.
• Driving network protocols, IPC, hardware-software abstraction, and low-latency data streaming between distributed subsystems.
• Leading performance tuning, memory profiling, and concurrency optimization to maintain deterministic real-time responsiveness under high sensor throughput.
• Collaborating cross-functionally across all project phases from system design and architectural roadmaps to field deployment in defense-oriented environments.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a recognized university – Mandatory
• 5+ years of dedicated professional software development experience – Mandatory
• Substantial, hands-on experience in C# / .NET within the last 2+ years (with a solid foundational background in C++ highly valued) – Mandatory
• Proven development experience with desktop UI frameworks using WPF or WinForms – Mandatory
• Strong end-to-end engineering profile ("both sides"): demonstrated expertise bridging high-level application layers with low-level systems, hardware communication, and system internals – Mandatory
• Proven background in multithreading, concurrency, and real-time performance/memory optimization – Mandatory
• Strong collaborative mindset, architectural independence, and fluent technical communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
