Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with department leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, support employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. You will serve as a trusted advisor, combining deep HR knowledge with a strong understanding of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers and team leads to support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development strategies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Drive and support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and engagement surveys.
• Identify opportunities to enhance culture, employee experience, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with recruitment, L&D, and compensation teams to support hiring, training, and total rewards strategies.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
