We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join us—someone who’s people-driven, curious, and wants to grow in a hands-on, dynamic HR environment.

• Be the point of contact for 2-3 departments (~60 employees): support, advise, and challenge where needed.
• Partner with team leads and group leads on employee development, engagement, retention, and performance.
• Lead HR processes such as employee lifecycle changes, feedback rounds, and growth plans.
• Plan and execute company-wide programs—from well-being initiatives to leadership training to talent development.
• Collaborate with Marketing on internal communications.
• Contribute to broader strategic planning around HR and Operations.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, build sourcing strategies, and provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain smooth coordination with the team.

• Has 1–3 years of HR experience in a medium-sized company (100–200 employees), preferably in the tech or consulting space.
• Brings organized, structured HR processes to the table—someone who can both build and optimize routines that support employees and managers.
• Brings strong interpersonal and communication skills—someone who listens, asks good questions, and challenges with empathy.
• Has a thoughtful, empathetic personality—someone who people naturally turn to, who knows how to listen deeply and respond with care.
