This role focuses on planning and building impactful relationships with social creators and executing influencer campaigns to amplify brand presence, boost community engagement, and support performance marketing across key social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global influencer marketing strategy in collaboration with other teams and managers across the marketing department.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers, creators, and partners across platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, Discord, and LinkedIn.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns—from ideation and negotiation to briefing, execution, relationship management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional teams and subsidiaries to localize and scale influencer partnerships effectively.
• Nurture long-term relationships with content creators and social media partners to build a strong and reliable partner network.
• Work closely with marketing and legal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and strategic goals.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.), delivering actionable insights and optimizations.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Coordinate with PR and events teams to integrate influencer collaborations into broader brand initiatives and sponsorships.

Requirements

• B.A / B.Sc. degree
• Proven experience managing social media partnerships or influencer campaigns
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Passion for finance, trading, and online marketing (an advantage)
• Self-starter with the ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
