The role

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Artlist, you’ll own creator partnerships that drive awareness, adoption and conversions for the Artlist AI creation platform. You’ll find and sign the right creators, lead the creative from concept to final cut, and help scale the program through new strategies and agency partnerships. The role needs a strategic, hands-on person who builds strong relationships, has a sharp creative eye and knows the AI creator space well.

What you'll do

Strategy & sourcing

• Build and execute influencer strategies that support Artlist’s AI platform goals.
• Source and vet creators, with a focus on AI-native creators, filmmakers and tech/creative voices who fit our brand and audience.
• Find and test new channels, formats and agency partners to scale the program.

Creative development & review

• Develop campaign concepts and write clear creative briefs that show off the AI platform in authentic, creator-native ways.
• Work with creators on ideas, scripts and storyboards before production, so the concept is strong from day one.
• Review drafts and rough cuts, give clear and constructive feedback, and manage revisions through to final approval.
• Make sure every piece meets brand guidelines, product messaging and disclosure rules.
• Keep up with formats, hooks and trends across platforms, and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
• Find top-performing creator content to repurpose in paid, social and owned channels.

Campaign & collaboration management

• Run collaborations end to end: scope, timelines, deliverables and publishing.
• Make sure content is delivered on time, in the agreed quantity and at the quality we need.
• Manage budgets, track spend, and handle POs, invoices and payment status with Finance.
• Keep every collaboration up to date in our tracking system (Monday.com).

Relationships & negotiation

• Build long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies and industry partners.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights and contracts, and help close larger creator deals.
• Support creator-led activations and events (workshops, premieres, AI festivals) with the wider team.

Performance & reporting

• Track and report on campaign performance: reach, engagement, sign-ups and conversions.
• Use the results to improve creator selection, briefs and creative direction.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with campaigns you can point to.
• A strong creative eye: you know what makes video content work and you can give feedback creators act on.
• Experience writing briefs and guiding content from concept to final cut.
• Real knowledge of the AI creative tools space and the creators in it.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with creators and talent agencies.
• Highly organized: you can run many collaborations at once without anything slipping.
• Comfortable with data: you can read performance metrics and make decisions from them.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI video, image or music generation tools.
• A background in video production, filmmaking or content creation.
• Experience at a SaaS or creator-tools company.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and creator programs
• Experience planning or producing creator events.
• Additional languages, especially for international markets.
