Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes marketing, is highly organized, and thrives on hitting ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our social presence:

• Act as Social Community Manager, actively participating in multiple social media groups, responding to comments, posting engaging content, and positioning Treetop as a thought leader in the ABA therapy space.

Drive lead generation:

• Develop and execute campaigns to generate new client leads and attract talented therapists to join our team.

Lead email marketing efforts:

• Create, design, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing clients, and support recruitment efforts.

Oversee marketing operations:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met.
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

Leverage marketing tools and technology:

• Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Maintain organized contact lists and marketing assets.

Requirements:

• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
• Strong ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Experience managing social media communities
• Hands-on experience with lead generation and email marketing
• Strong writing and communication skills (must!)
• Excellent Excel skills (must!)
• English at native level (must!)
