What does the job include?
- Developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies.
- Conducting targeted searches on social networks, building diverse technology communities, and expanding the candidate database.
- Collaborating with our leading recruitment team.
Rquirements:
✔ Relevant academic education – mandatory.
✔ 1 to 3 years of experience – mandatory
✔ Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and a desire to learn and grow.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Strong sales and marketing abilities.
✔ Experience in tech recruitment – an advantage.
