Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI NLP Engineer to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. As a AI NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms. Tasks include working on pattern recognition projects, utilizing natural language processing (NLP). Additionally, the AI Engineer will collaborate closely with software development teams and contribute to optimizing AI-related software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into our products and services.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, LLM and AI technologies.
• Optimize and fine-tune NLP models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance the team members.
• Analyze and process large datasets to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient codebases and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP, ML, and AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, Transformers, PEFT, TRL, PyTorch, OpenAI).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing - advantage
• Proven track record of deploying NLP models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of deep learning techniques and algorithms.
• Strong familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and Transformers
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Experience with Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) techniques for LLM model fine-tuning optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
