This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Team Member located in the Center District, Israel. The Support Team Member will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client queries efficiently. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, addressing client support tickets, and working closely with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. This role requires a strong understanding of financial technologies and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Experience with Monitoring and Data Analysis Tools
• Relevant experience in the financial technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
