About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and passionate product manager. You will be responsible for shaping and improving the user experience of our game, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product features and directions, and managing the lifecycle of in-game mechanics and features, from conception through development until they are live in the game.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in developing the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management framework, and identify opportunities for key initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (General Manager, Development, Art, Monetization, etc) to ensure that all product features and directions are aligned
• Gather and analyze feature requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/UX flows, wireframes and user stories
• Manage timelines and deliverables with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of features
• Review game KPIs and monitor market trends to proactively identify opportunities and threats, as well as monitor the performance of various game elements
• Improve performance and business outcomes by collaborating with analytics teams to define tests and optimize features once they are released to production in light of their results

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a gaming company
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates and influence them
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative mobile gaming experiences
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to identify and assess strengths and weaknesses of product assumptions through strong critical thinking skills
• Team player: You are accountable and dependable, help others where possible, have strong communication skills and willing to accept and share feedback
