We're looking for an experienced People Operations Manager to manage all HR and recruiting efforts, with a background in global hiring, people operational management, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. If you're smart, resourceful and passionate about people - we want you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead all recruiting efforts: Define recruiting strategies for the different positions, conduct hands-on recruiting processes (writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting HR interviews, and managing offers), maintain global talent sourcing channels, and provide hiring managers with guidance on effective interviewing and candidate evaluation.
- Lead all people management procedures: employee retention, quarterly feedback reviews, professional development plans for employees, onboarding & offboarding processes etc.
- Own the employee well-being of Hi Auto along with our Office and Welfare manager.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both employees and management to facilitate a productive working environment and decision making at a high level.
- As part of working in a dynamic startup environment, this role also involves taking ownership of cross-functional tasks beyond HR - such as managing employee stock options, handling insurance-related matters, and supporting other operational projects as needed.
- 3+ years of proven experience in global recruitment and HR management within startup environments - must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- A track record in building new processes and continuously improving current ones.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- A 'can-do' attitude with a strong, independent personality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement.
- Bsc. in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
- Previous experience working with remote teams.
- Experience in technical recruiting.
