HR & Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting top talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and supporting HR operations to ensure a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, HR interviews, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Build and maintain HR processes, templates, internal documentation, and HR reporting.
• Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and leadership.
• Creating and improving different HR policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR roles in a global startup company.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a global organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
