Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of business clients (mostly SMBs)
- Conduct proactive outreach – calls, emails, follow-ups
- Understand client needs and current usage
- Propose relevant solutions: license upgrades, add-ons, infrastructure/API solutions
- Qualify high-value opportunities and hand over to senior sales for complex deals
- Document every interaction in the CRM with clear follow-up actions
- Number of active clients using the platform
- Number of upgrades and add-on sales made
- Number of qualified infrastructure leads handed to sales
- Accuracy and clarity of CRM updates
Time Requirements:
- Minimum 3 days/week
- 8-hour shifts: either 08:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00
- Workdays: Sunday to Thursday only
- Students in 2nd year or above
- Background or strong interest in: finance, economics, business, tech, or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew + English)
- Tech-savvy, fast learner, responsible, and highly motivated
- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or trading rooms – a big plus
