Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Web3

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on CEO with a technical background and proven entrepreneurial Tech experience to lead our Web3 startup.

The ideal candidate is passionate about decentralization, understands the Web3 ecosystem deeply, and has previously founded a startup (whether it exited or failed).

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term roadmap.
Lead fundraising efforts with strategic partners .
Build and manage a multidisciplinary team across tech, product, community, and business development.
Establish partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem, including developers, protocols, DAOs,
Drive product-market fit and user adoption in global markets.
Represent the company externally – to investors, partners, and the broader blockchain community.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in Web3/crypto/blockchain product development or architecture and

blockchain infrastructure.

Previous experience founding and leading a startup (with or without a successful exit).
Proven ability to raise the company
Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, tokenomics, and relevant regulatory considerations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active presence in the global Web3 or DeFi community.
Experience working with DAOs, NFTs, or decentralized infrastructure.
Background in global business development or go-to-market strategy in tech startups.
