Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech Recruitment

We are looking for a creative and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner with experience in the tech recruitment field. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to offer acceptance. You will work closely with HR managers and business leaders across Matrix to help fulfill their recruitment needs while ensuring a high-quality process and an exceptional candidate experience.

Recommended experience: 2-3 years in tech recruitment.

About the Role:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech positions at Matrix.
• Conduct initial screening calls, in-depth interviews via phone, video, or in-person.
• Collaborate with HR managers and hiring leaders to identify recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Provide continuous consultation to departments, analyze market trends, and update recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Create detailed job descriptions and formulate relevant interview questions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pool to meet future recruitment targets.
• Prioritize improving the candidate experience and collaborate with the team to enhance recruitment processes.
• Implement data-driven recruitment strategies and analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in tech recruitment within a high-tech company.
• High proficiency in English, both verbal and written – required.
• Experience in sourcing – advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Behavioral Science, or a related field – preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously under pressure.
• Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success.

• Full-time, hybrid position based in Kfar Saba, with willingness to work extra hours and invest as needed.
