A global startup company is developing a SaaS platform leveraging Machine Learning and AI technologies. They are building a comprehensive national infrastructure that transforms and enhances how the public communicates with emergency response centers and other essential services during both emergencies and routine situations.
The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv, near a train station, and operates in a hybrid model with 2–3 work-from-home days per week. They employ 180 people globally, with 60 based in Israel.
The role includes-
- Managing a team of 6 developers
- Minimal hands-on coding, as needed
- Reporting to the R&D Manager
- Working with a modern tech stack: Angular 17, Scala, AWS
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Backend development
- 2 years of management experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Previous experience working in SaaS companies
