We’ve built a strong direct-to-consumer online presence, and as we continue to grow with an expanding product suite, we’re expanding our team. We’re seeking a seasoned Head of Growth to own and drive the customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth of Klydoclock’s expanding product line.
This is a leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has strong digital marketing expertise, and brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to shape and implement scalable growth strategies.
This is a full-time position on-site in the company's office in Rinatya. No hybrid/flex work policy available.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Klydoclock’s growth strategy across all digital channels (paid, organic, social, email, partnerships, etc.)
- Lead performance marketing, conversion optimization, lifecycle marketing, and customer acquisition initiatives
- Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing growth team (in-house or outsourced)
- Develop and manage growth budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and product evolution
- Explore new distribution channels, strategic partnerships, and marketplace opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy roles
- Proven track record of scaling B2C/DTC products through digital marketing channels
- Experience working with product suites and/or multi-product strategies is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in marketplaces or ecosystem-based platforms is a plus
- Deep understanding of data analytics, attribution models, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.
- Agile, startup-minded, and comfortable with rapid testing and iteration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present strategy and results to stakeholders
