About the Role:
As a Growth Optimization Manager, you will take ownership of revenue optimization for our lead generation, content, and eCommerce business lines. With a growth-oriented mindset, you'll use audience insights and data to optimize landing pages, aiming to maximize revenue and surpass KPIs. Success in this role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities Data is at the heart of this job, but the numbers must be paired with creativity and marketing insights to fully understand target audiences and match these audiences with financial products.
What You'll Do:
* Project Management: Partner with cross functional teams including Paid Media, Product, Demand and Creative teams, to create all A/B testing ideas from start to finish using Jira.
* Use Tableau for data analytics + engagement tools such as heat maps, user journey and feedback surveys to analyze performance metrics and test data.
* Lead Creative Ideation: Drive the creative ideation process, consistently generating innovative and high-performing "big ideas" for paid media funnels for ecommerce and lead generation buys across social media and other platforms.
* Optimize Creative Coordination: Collaborate effectively with media buyers to manage funnel performance.
* Help Craft Compelling Ad Copy: Develop high-performing direct-response ad copy for funnels, including cart and checkout text and headlines, to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
* Help Develop Engaging Video Scripts: Help organize impactful direct-response video scripts for funnels.
* Help Create Short-Form VSL Scripts: Help produce concise, high-performing video sales letter (VSL) scripts for testing within marketing funnels, aimed at improving conversion rates.
* Help Write Effective Landing Page Copy: Generate high-performing direct-response copy for marketing funnel landing pages, ensuring content is compelling and conversion-focused.
* Manage, analyze, optimize and scale current landing pages to increase revenue and margin.
* Dig into the data to analyze performance, identify trends, and find new opportunities.
* Research, test, and launch new advertisers on our platform
* Collaborate closely with the Account Management, Copywriting, and User Acquisition teams.
* Ideate and implement tests including copy, UI/UX changes, and offer order to improve page metrics.
* Identify trends across advertisers and/or platforms and use them to make recommendations.
* Assist in developing content strategy that both engages the user and meets client KPI metrics.
* Execute A/B tests, mostly focused on advertiser mix, content angle, offer depth, and page format.
EXPERIENCE:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Paid Media and optimizing landing page experiences to maximize revenue and deep-funnel advertiser KPIs.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to develop cross-department relationships and keep stakeholders informed of performance.
* Nice to have: 3-5 years of experience with Paid Search or Paid Social.
* Experience using tracking/reporting platforms and/or BI tools.
* Analytical skills: a natural inclination to "follow the data" and making decisions and recommendations based on data - must have the ability to turn data into optimizations.
* Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.) and the ability to analyze large sets of data.
* Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
