🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide first-level technical support to business customers in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud-based telephony
• Work with Cisco and Fortinet network and security equipment
• Troubleshoot networking issues including VPN, DNS, routing, and VoIP
• Document and manage support tickets using advanced helpdesk systems

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Technical background in networking – required
• CCNA certification or relevant academic training is required
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong customer service orientation, willingness to learn, and a team player
