A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for Help Desk Support team members.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
• Handle and document technical incidents
• Work with IT systems and support tools
• Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams

What We're Looking For

• Relevant academic studies, Practical Engineering studies, professional technology training, or technological military background
• Strong technical orientation and willingness to learn
• Good communication and service skills
• No previous Help Desk experience required

Availability

• 3–4 shifts per week, minimum 90 hours per month, or full-time availability
• Availability for a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays
• Two-year commitment
