Job Brief
Voxia.ai is currently looking to hire a driven, hard working and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and be responsible for finding and screening potential customers who can benefit from our products and services.
Main Responsibilities of SDR
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building the sales funnel by generating leads via personalized outreach to potential customers
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Conducting cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target prospects using sales prospecting and automation tools (LinkedIn, Lusha, Salesforce.com)
- Completing communication sequences in line with the sales process including reach-outs and prompt follow-up communication to nurture leads and prospects
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers based on the qualification framework
- Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas
- Passing qualified leads to the Account Executive with the objective of closing the sale
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos including the introduction of leads to their new point of contact
- Maintaining and updating the CRM
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing with at least 3 years SDR experience in selling SaaS B2B
- Knowledge of using automation platforms and CRM (Salesforce, Lusha)
- A proven track record in building good client relationships and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication (Email and verbal) & interpersonal skills
- English Mother tongue level
- Must be results-driven, tenacious, a strong team player and have a good work ethic
