Your Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at LightYX, you will be at the forefront of our growth, identifying and engaging potential customers across the construction industry. Your role is critical in generating new business by reaching out to contractors, surveyors, and construction professionals, introducing them to our innovative layout technology. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for qualifying leads, setting up demos, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach.

🔹 Qualifying Prospects: Understand customer needs, construction workflows, and challenges to determine a strong fit.

🔹 Booking Meetings & Demos: Schedule product demonstrations for the sales and field engineering teams.

🔹 Customer Education: Clearly communicate how LightYX technology can improve construction layout accuracy and efficiency.

🔹 CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data and track outreach efforts in our CRM system.

Requirements:

✅ 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in construction tech, SaaS, or industrial sales).

✅ Strong communication skills—confident on the phone and skilled at crafting compelling outreach emails.

✅ Ability to learn and explain technical products in simple, impactful ways.

✅ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and outreach.

✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms.

✅ Bonus: Experience in construction or layout tools is a plus!
