About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales organization. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers in the North American market. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Marketing to generate pipeline and help drive revenue.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, curiosity, and persistence. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is looking to grow a career in cybersecurity sales.
What You’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting and follow-up on inbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Execute outbound campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
- Qualify prospects to determine fit and potential sales opportunities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers—making a strong first impression on behalf of CalCom.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to hand off qualified leads and improve the sales process.
- Track and manage activities through Zoho or HubSpot.
- Gather insights on prospect needs, pain points, and buying behaviors to inform future campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of SDR or inside sales experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in the cybersecurity space.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—native-level fluency in English is a must.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline development.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred).
- Bonus: Background in content creation or blogging is a plus.
