We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Specialist to join our technology team! In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our customer's IT infrastructure, providing comprehensive technical support, implementing innovative technological solutions, and ensuring the security of information systems. Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 years.
• In-depth understanding of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), communication networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Virtualization and cloud technologies (VMware, AWS, Azure).
• Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Knowledge in the field of information security and data protection procedures.
• Familiarity with monitoring and control systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional certifications (VMware, Microsoft, Cisco) - an advantage.

The role includes:

• Management and maintenance of organizational IT infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints).
• Providing technical support to users (Help Desk).
• Implementation and management of information security solutions.
• Participation in various technological projects.
• Documentation of technical processes and solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with technological advancements and continuous learning.
