Role Description
As our first Customer Success Manager, you'll pioneer our client success strategy while helping clients leverage our AI-powered platform, and shape our customer experience from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.
You'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing strategies to boost customer retention. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries and working closely with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about working in an impact-driven environment and building scalable AI-powered solutions for public and political stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
🔸Drive client onboarding, adoption, and success with our platform
🔸Be the first to build our customer success function and establish processes in an early-stage environment
🔸Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as their trusted advisor
🔸Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to influence development
🔸Identify growth opportunities and expansion strategies for client accounts
Qualifications:
✔️3+ years in customer success, consulting, or similar client-facing roles
✔️Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
✔️Self-starter mentality with high comfort level in ambiguous, dynamic environments
✔️Flexibility and resourcefulness to thrive in an early-stage startup
✔️Ability to build and scale processes with limited resources
✔️Familiarity with politics and the public sector is a plus
✔️Experience working closely with executives is a plus
✔️Skilled at breaking down complex macro-level problems into structured, scalable product solutions and workflows
