This is a full-time on-site Field Service Engineer role located in Israel at Dell Technologies. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Dell products and solutions.

• Technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience with computer systems and networking
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Dell certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
