🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize high-performance Google Search and Bing Ads PPC campaigns.
• Own your funnel: from keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing to copywriting and landing page CRO.
• Leverage data: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Excel to monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and drive growth.
• Work cross-functionally with content, design, and business development to craft conversion-focused assets and messaging.
• Proactively uncover new growth opportunities, test innovative approaches, and iterate quickly.
• Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring top ROI across all spend levels.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Search PPC campaigns - must-have.
• Demonstrated success handling large media budgets with measurable results.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Excel - must-have.
• Data-savvy with working knowledge of platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or equivalent.
• A keen analytical thinker with an obsessive eye for detail and optimization.
• Agile multitasker who thrives in a high-speed, results-oriented environment.
• Curious, growth-minded, and hungry to learn, with a strong test > learn > iterate mindset.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight) is a plus.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal), fluent in Hebrew.
