We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition professional to join our team.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition, you will lead the company's full-cycle recruiting. Finding talents who match the company, partnering with a spectrum of HR disciplines, including employee relations, welfare, and HR admin, to drive business outcomes through the execution of our HR.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, job postings, coordinating interviews, post-interview follow-up, selection, hiring, and on-boarding/off-boarding.
• Create an exceptional and memorable candidate recruitment experience, serving as an ambassador for our company culture, mission, and vision.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop job descriptions.
• Support the provision of moral and welfare services and activities within the organization.
• Manage HR administrative activities, including vehicle leasing, meal programs (“Ten-bis”), and mobile.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment within multidisciplinary technological product companies, preferably in the medical device sector.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge in Labor Law - Advantage
