Email Marketing and Digital Communication Team Leader

iFor Fintech is a leading fintech development company. We are looking for an Email Marketing and Digital Communication Team Leader to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of email marketing and digital communications specialists.
• Lead the planning, deployment, and optimization of multi-channel communication campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging.
• Develop strategies for acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
• Data-driven decision making - analyze, prioritize, and optimize based on data and performance metrics.
• Communicate with all stakeholders in the company (Marketing, Sales, Studio, Retention, Product & Development).
• Ensure all communications are brand-consistent and meet quality standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B tests to optimize results.
• Enhance automation workflows and evaluate new tools for personalization and analytics.
• Technical understanding and ability to manage integrations.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in financial services.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics - a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume communication programs.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
