Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition while supporting HR initiatives in our Tel Aviv office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting top talent, workforce planning, and delivering HR solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through engagement initiatives, social media, and partnerships.
HR Partner:
- Implement HR programs related to performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Support culture, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Handle employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Support compensation and benefits processes in alignment with market trends.
- Ensure HR best practices and policies are effectively implemented.
- Maintain HR systems and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns with Fido’s values and mission.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR roles.
- Experience in the fintech industry or a technology company.
- Must have experience in LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping. (4+years).
- Must have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
- Understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and workforce planning. (1+ years).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive approach.
