Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire HR function, balancing the needs of management, team leaders, and employees
• Oversee high-volume recruitment for healthcare, nursing, and administrative roles
• Develop and implement employee retention strategies; analyze attrition trends and initiate solutions
• Provide professional and personal support to managers; implement managerial best practices and routines
• Build and lead training and employee well-being programs
• Manage employee lifecycle processes – onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, and terminations
• Partner with organizational leadership to drive strategic initiatives
• Manage the HR budget and annual work plans
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of professional and personal matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – required | Master’s degree – an advantage
• Significant managerial experience in Human Resources – required
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and managing high turnover environments – required
• Experience in leading cross-organizational processes – an advantage
• Familiarity with SAP and Synerion systems – strong advantage
• Budget management experience – an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented and strategic mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
