Product Manager

A high-tech company in the Ad-Tech industry is developing data and traffic analysis products that help clients effectively reach end users. Their technology helps customers maximize ROI, acquire high-quality users, and achieve their online campaign goals using algorithm- and AI-based solutions. The company is fully funded by customer revenue and serves major international paying clients.

Located in central Israel near a train station, operate from the office, and have around 40 employees.

About the Role:

Join the development team as a Backend Developer. The role involves hands-on development in Python and reports to the Team Lead. The tech stack includes Python, Microservices, AWS, CI/CD, NoSQL (MongoDB), Apache (Solr, Impala), Docker, and Kubernetes.

Requirements-

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year of experience with AI, Generative AI, and smart Agents
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure and integration requirements
• Capability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal communication in both English and Hebrew
• Proven project management skills including resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex technical specifications
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple workstreams
• Analytical approach to problem-solving with data-driven decision making
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
