We're seeking an accomplished Full Cycle Account Executive to drive our mission of transforming business operations through innovative software solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to identify and engage potential clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to successful deal closure
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide valuable market insights to inform product development and company strategy
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HR tech or related industries
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to understand and address diverse customer needs across various industries
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, Solution Selling)
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Understanding of HR technology landscape and current market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
