Web3/2 Product Owner

Job Description:

We seek a passionate and dedicated Product Owner with experience in both web3 and web2 technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and launch products that align with our mission of simplifying blockchain technology. You will be instrumental in defining and prioritizing product features, writing epics, stories, and detailed designs, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of user experience (UX) design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Write clear and comprehensive epics, user stories, and detailed design documents.
• Work closely with UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and launch.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve product features and user experience.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web3 and web2 technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a product owner or similar role, preferably within the web3 or blockchain space.
• Strong understanding of both web2 and web3 technologies and ecosystems.
• Proven experience writing epics, user stories, and detailed design documentation.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and experience working with UX designers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to drive innovation and inclusivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure and tokenomics.
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
