Professional Services Engineer

We're looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join our growing team! You’ll work closely with customers worldwide to implement, customize, and integrate our SaaS solutions — collaborating across R&D and Product teams to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding and integration projects for enterprise customers.
• Write Python Script scripts to customize solutions.
• Manage databases and execute SQL queries and optimizations.
• Work with APIs for seamless customer integrations.
• Collaborate using GitHub for version control
• Partner closely with R&D and Product teams to drive innovation.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, etc.).
• Strong Python coding skills.
• Solid knowledge of databases (SQL) and API integration.
• Hands-on experience working in a SaaS products.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Jira ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally, meet and support customers On-site when needed.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in startups, scale-ups, or fast-paced SaaS companies.
• Knowledge of additional languages like Java.
• Familiarity with cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure)
