Product Manager

A high-tech company developing an AI-driven SaaS platform for enhancing employee performance.

A stable and well-established company with around 130 large customers!

As part of the role, you will work as the sole Product Manager reporting to the Director, collaborating with all teams across the organization.

The company is located in Ra'anana and offers a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception to launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on expertise product managing many disparate technologies, ranging from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all points in between.
• Prior experience with AI, LLMs, RAG, and ML.
• Experience with Employee Performance Management, LMS Systems and/or Gamification is an advantage.
