Location: Tel Aviv Area / Remote Hybrid (Israel-based preferred)

Compensation: 35% Equity | Salary to follow post-funding

Gifka is a next-generation digital wallet and marketplace that helps users store, redeem, and trade gift cards, store credits, and vouchers — unlocking a $1 trillion global opportunity.

Following a successful launch, strong organic traction, and validation of the growing need for a smarter voucher economy, Gifka is entering its next stage: scaling growth, building liquidity, and expanding internationally.

We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Gifka’s next phase of growth.

This is not just a role — it’s a co-founder-level partnership, offering significant equity and the chance to build a major fintech platform from an already-established foundation.

You will work closely with the Founder and a strong advisory board to lead the company’s strategy, operations, growth, fundraising, and team-building.

• Drive Gifka’s growth, expansion, and go-to-market strategy.
• Build and manage a high-performing leadership team.
• Lead business development, partnerships, and fundraising efforts.
• Own marketing and user acquisition strategy to scale the platform.
• Oversee operational excellence and product-market fit optimization.
• Represent Gifka publicly with investors, partners, and the broader ecosystem.

• Entrepreneurial DNA: a builder, not a manager.
• Strong background in marketing, growth, and business development.
• Experience with fintech, marketplaces, or B2C platforms is a strong advantage.
• A powerful personal network in the Israeli tech and business community is a plus.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment.
• Deep commitment to ownership, resilience, and the long-term vision.

• 35% Equity in the company (4-year vesting with a 3-month cliff and daily vesting thereafter).
• No salary initially (equity-only until funding milestone is achieved).
• Upon successful fundraising, a market-level salary and compensation package will be established.
