About the Role:

Are you passionate about digital advertising and customer support? We are looking for Hebrew-speaking professionals ready to relocate to Portugal to join a leading team supporting Facebook and Instagram advertisers. This role is focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow by maximizing their use of Meta’s advertising tools.

Responsibilities:

Provide post-sales support to advertisers through chat, email, and phone (outbound calls included).
Troubleshoot technical issues, report bugs, and guide users through the platform’s tools and features.
Deliver support to SMB clients in both Hebrew and English
Help clients optimize their campaigns and use of advertising products.
Identify and escalate common issues to improve the overall advertiser experience.

Requirements:

Fluent in Hebrew (C2 level) and English (minimum B2).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using phone, email, and live chat to assist customers.
Interest in social media, digital marketing, and technology.
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
