Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Core Systems Department. The role includes managing a team of project managers, system analysts, and developers responsible for central billing and collection platform.

This position involves overseeing projects from initiation through implementation, maintaining system functionality, and driving the team and system towards advanced technologies. The team provides essential services for internal clients and plays a critical role in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary development team
• Managing complex, high-scale, and integrated projects
• Responsibility for ongoing development and maintenance of system processes
• Gathering user requirements (including working with senior management and key users)
• Performing system integration with other teams and systems across the organization
• Defining system interfaces and mapping business processes
• Establishing business application architecture
• Writing specifications and professional documentation
• Collaborating with analysts, implementers, developers, users, and managers

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field
• Proven experience in billing, collection, and customer management processes – advantage
• Experience in large organizations with heavy regulation and complex data processing – advantage
• Minimum 3 years of management experience – mandatory
• Proven experience managing complex and integrative projects – mandatory
• Background in system analysis – mandatory
• Hands-on experience in software development – mandatory
• Working with Agile methodologies – advantage
• Experience in lifecycle-based development methodologies – mandatory
• Strong customer requirements analysis and system design skills – mandatory
