AI Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate AI Engineer to join our digital banking team and help shape the future of finance through cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to building smart, scalable, and secure AI solutions that will redefine the way customers interact with their bank.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Knowledge of AI agent architectures, RAG, Judge models, and related technologies.
• Experience in data science, including deep learning and classical models.
• NLP experience.
• Machine learning engineering expertise.
• Passion for staying up to date with Generative AI advancements.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  
  

• Proven experience working with Generative AI models and relevant frameworks/libraries
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and optimization
• 3+ years of software development experience (preferably in Python)
• Hands-on experience with evaluation testing and model assessment
• knowledge of AI agent architectures, RAG, and judge models
• Background in data science, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
• NLP experience and familiarity with ML engineering best practices
• Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• A passion for staying at the forefront of Generative AI research and applications

• Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in the financial sector or fintech-related AI applications.
